Led by the owner Engineer Saqer, the company has executed many other projects in the middle east with its sister company SiteCast General Contracting Co., with offices located in Jordan, Iraq, and Qatar. Al-Sabic is a 1st Degree Contractor registered in Iraq with the Ministry of Planning. Mr. Saqer has over 35 years of civil engineering and construction experience in the Middle East and Iraq. Al-Sabic has completed extensive complex projects throughout the Middle East and Iraq for the Iraqi Government, U.S. Government, Private Clients, and International Prime Contractors working on reconstruction projects in Iraq.
